Excludes CAULKING COMPOUND; GASKET CEMENT; CORROSION PREVENTIVE COMPOUND; CEMENT, IRON AND STEEL; PLUMBING FIXTURE SETTING COMPOUND; PRESERVATIVE COATING, RUBBER and textile treating compounds.
