Detail:
A mixture consisting of vehicle agents in greater proportions than the total amount of pigments. It produces a tinting color which is uniform, easily dispersed in paint, and free from grit and color separation. It may come in a liquid or semiliquid form capable of being readily dispersed with a paddle to a smooth uniform consistency. Excludes PIGMENT PAINT PRODUCTS, which may contain only small amounts of vehicle agents.
