Detail:
Hand held and guided, manually operated shears, consisting essentially of two cutting blades, two handles, and an assembly bolt. In addition, it may include a series of levers and pins through which compound leverage may be accomplished. Cutting blades may be designed for cutting intricate patterns, right and/or left hand curves, straight cuts or a combination of circular and straight cuts. Used for cutting thin sheets and strips of metal. Excludes SHEARS, BENCH, HAND; CUTTER, STEEL STRAPPING and CUTTER, BOLT.
