Detail:
A housing designed to accommodate a rolled-up, or otherwise folded, on-board torpedo guidance cable and to release the cable during the torpedo run as required. Conduit, cable cutter and the like may be included. During transport, storage, and loading operation, the dispenser is mechanically connected to the torpedo, but contrary to the GUIDANCE CABLE SECTION, TORPEDO it remains in the torpedo tube during the launch.
